The First
In The First Luca Ambrosi builds a cinematic, autobiographical sonic journey, collecting pieces that over time have marked specific moments and that still retain the same emotional power today. From the epic atmospheres of Braveheart to the instantly recognizable pop melodies of Invisible Touch and Heaven Is a Place on Earth, each track is transformed into an instrumental narrative: the guitar takes on the role of the voice and, at the same time, recreates the harmonic and rhythmic spaces of arrangements that are very different from one another. The album alternates intimate, singable passages (I Don’t Want To Miss a Thing, Horizons) with more energetic and dynamic moments (Delta Force, Summit Day), maintaining a common thread: a clean, recognizable sound that unifies the listening experience without flattening the identity of each piece. The result is a collection that avoids the “covers in a row” effect, focusing instead on variety, dynamics, and storytelling.
